I found another food and wonder if anyone has tried it. It's made by Merrick , grain free, and the turkey and chicken pates are single protein. I haven't been able to get the carb content from them yet but wrote again today. It appears from the ingredient list that they should be low carb and they say that no ingredients come from China. It looks like Petco sells it so I might get a can of each to see what Max thinks. Reviews state its dry but I mix water into the food all the time.
