? When time to reduce, or go back up.. what to expect? :)

When following TR, or SLGS too, what to expect or maybe read on reductions? (Especially for Lantus/long acting.. and the depot. )

Understand obviously if reductions fail, you increase to last best dose i think (TR anyway).. but any tips/info appreciated.
