What's with the low numbers off insulin?

My Lily has been off insulin since Jan 25th, and her numbers are consistantly low in the 40's, 42,48,47,,,any ideas? Is that normal for a cat off insulin? She is gaining weight and drinking and peeing is normal. Urine tests are normal. Am I looking too hard for something to be wrong? :?

That's evidently her normal numbers!! Snow runs in the low 50's.

Perfectly normal!!

A non-diabetic cat can have normal BG readings in the 30's, so if Lily is testing in the 40's, celebrate!!

So long as she's eating, drinking, peeing, pooping, playing, and doing all her normal cat things, she is fine.

Meters actually test within 20% of what a lab would get.

Yep, my Henry (non-diabetic) often tests in the high 30s.
