Whats the best food for a cat with Pancreatitis and Diabetic

I wonder if anyone can recommend a wet cat food available in the uk for a cat with pancreatitis and diabetic. He was diabetic first and now had pancreatitis so am trying to find something that fits both requirements.

You can also look at the food charts http://binkyspage.tripod.com/canfood.html and http://binkyspage.tripod.com/nonusfd.html and look for foods that have the suggsted under 48% fat and under 15% carbs.
