She smacked me again for dinner...that's the Bubbles I know! I hope she doesn't mind waiting an hour. And if you could look at her numbers I'd appreciate your advice. Thank you ALL!!

I'm sorry. I can't help. My line in the sand is 150. I can't give advice that might potentially harm someone else's cat. You have been doing okay and she hasn't crashed yet, so go with your gut. Just be sure to monitor.

I am experimenting with dosage changes and monitoring closely. I did not give her insulin tonight. And I will see what tomorrow's AMPS shows. I lower her doses when her pre-shot numbers are low. And she is getting a can of food with each shot. She is still drinking more and urinating more, and even if the pre-shot number is "blue," she still needs insulin to cover the food...unless her pancreas are waking up? So tonight is a test for us. I have been lucky there have been no signs of hypo. Thanks for your response. :smile:
