What to do with extra vials of insulin?

Before we knew what kind of insulin Smokey would be on my mom brought home a vial of Levemir and a Levemir flex pen. She also brought home a bottle of Novolog and a Novolog flex pen which I don't think you use on cats. Our vet only prescribes ProZinc so now I have these vials of insulin and I don't know what to do with them. I was wondering how easy it was to ship a bottle of insulin? I'm sure there is someone who could use it. I would hate to throw it away.

I wish my mom could do that! when cedric was diagnosed, I spoke to her about getting suringes, etc. She works for McKesson as a saleswoman, but can't sell that stuff to me since I'm not a doctor. :lol:
