What is considered normal glucose levels without insulin

What are the normal levels that you all use to withhold insulin or to give insulin. Nella's was 158 mg/dl this am, no insulin in five days. This is with a pet meter. Thanks
 
Hi. Normal non-diabetic range is 80-120 mg/dl (4.4-6.6 mmol/L) and a blood pressure of 120/70, 130/80. That's if using a human bg meter.
 
If using a human meter, non diabetic cats typically range 50-120. For the pet meters that's 68-150. Sounds like Nella is just a bit above.
