What am I missing? BG readings seem normal?

I have been testing Leo for the past 2 days and have gotten BG readings of between 71 and 148. I haven't given him any insulin in since yesterday because these readings are low. Relion meter, Lantus insulin. Am I missing something here? I'm worried that I'm interpreting something wrong.

I think I have successfully shared my spreadsheet now. I would appreciate any comments. I have stopped giving him insulin since it dipped to 39 the last time I did and I had to give him some wet food to bring him back up again.

Looks very very good. Seems like our cat is heading to be officially off the juice (OTJ), that being below abunt 150 with no insulin for two weeks
