Wet Food = Tooth Issues?

A couple of questions regarding wet food vs dry food and cat's teeth...

1. Does wet food cause more tooth issues that dry food? Dry food supposedly scrubs their teeth...
2. With wet food will their teeth need to be brushed more often or require regular vet/dental visits?

I've always fed dry so being new to wet food I'm just wondering if I need to watch their teeth really close.

1. Nope. Complete myth.
2. No more or less often than before. Raw gizzards are way better for their teeth than dry food and a lot easier than brushing their teeth, too.
