Ever so slowly, we seem to be making headway with Austin.
I've been home bg testing for a few weeks now and haven't seen his levels come down to anything even slightly resembling and my last post was very disheartened.
Just this week we changed his diet and increased his lantus to 5 units twice a day and today we finally (after 2 days at 5 units) got a result in the normal range - woot!
Have changed his diet to home brand tuna or sardines, 1/2 cup of biscuits/day (between him and his sister, also an indoor cat).I'm also feeding him fresh meat (usually the off cuts while preparing dinner).
