Not kidding. Tested him four times, same number. Used the control solution, waited 15 minutes, even tested myself. Meter is working fine. Charley is eating now. Seems just fine.
It looks like his pancreas is doing something. How soon after that snack was the last reading taken? Can you check again in the next hour and see if it came down any?
Wanted to get that out there. .25 gave you a very low preshot this am on a higher ps number last night. Your pmps today reflects 24 hours without insulin, so you can't look at it like a "true" preshot number. It is higher because it has been a full cycle without insulin.
I gave less than .25. It was as small as I could go under where I marked .25 without me pushing the plunger down to nothing. So hard to do with the u40's. Need to make a trip to his vet. Thanks for the input.
