vomiting

My diabetic boy has been stable and doing really well for about 6 months now but about 3 hours after eating last night he was really sick and this morning he has just brought up some bile. Is thisa sign of something serious or could it just be a bug and its worse cos he's diabetic. Will take him to vets when they open for a check up. He seems fine in him self. Am so worried

Honey and I are newbies but we had a similar issue last night.
She didn't even want to drink water.

I finally got her to eat a little mixed with water this morning and then we just built upon it - a little every couple of hours.
This evening she ate almost a full FF and is really playful - first time in months!

Obviously, every cat is different but it could just be a 24 hours thing or something she picked up that made her ill.

Here's hoping!

Thank you Denise and Honey. He's kept his breakfast down and have only given him half of insulin as advised by the vet, luckily have a 24 hour emergency vet who is really helpful. He seems fine in himself so here's hoping as you say its just a 24 hour thing and a one off.
