Vomiting. What do I do?!

I just woke up to comet vomiting on my pillow. This is something we havent encountered since his diagnosis and I want to make sure I handle it right. Should I feed right away to make sure his BG doesnt drop too much? should I check his BG? he should have been at a relatively high BG because it is +9 since his dose before bed.

Did you check his bg? How is he acting otherwise?

yes his BG is 170 which is normal if not slightly high for him. He is acting like his normal self very lovey and begging for food like always

That’s good. I would just watch for anymore incidents. Sometimes cats throw up early in the AM from stomach acid build up since it’s been awhile since they’ve eaten.
