Vitacost and Zobaline?

Zobaline, vs Vitacost (Vitamin B-12 Methycobalamin 5000 mcg capsules. I was reading about this type of B-12 from Vitacost . It's much cheaper than the Zobaline but it doesn't have the folic acid in it which is supposed to also help with the neuropathy. Anyone's thoughts on it. Thanks

You could use that. Zobaline has 3000 mcg per tablet so these are higher. Probably isn't an issue. Make sure the tablets are free of all sugars and flavouring.

I gave a similar supplement to Teasel for a while - 2500 mcg methylcobalamin, no folic acid, no sugar, no flavour. It dissolved easily in the water I add to his wet food meals and was completely tasteless (I tried it myself!). I can't buy Zobaline from a Canadian supplier and ordering from the US cost a lot for shipping.

I emailed Vitacost and they told me to read the ingredients, did not give me a definite answer which I did not like, I googled every ingredient in it and doesn't look like there is any sugars or flavoring, but still not happy that they didn't give me a solid answer. I just emailed them again.

Hi thanks for the info the Zobaline is just so expensive
