Vet told us to skip evening shot, now BG is high and he puked

I don't know what to do.

The vet said to skip his evening dose based on his numbers the past 24 hours, and I didn't like the sound of it but I did it anyway and now his numbers are too high for Libre to read and he threw up all his dinner. It's 3 hours past PM shot, too late to dose?

Unless you can shoot 12 hours after tonight's shot, yes, it's probably too late. He'll get back on track soon enough. Feed him small amounts at a time to make sure he keeps it down.

I gave him a churu about an hour ago and he threw that up as well within a few minutes.
