Hello, everyone! We saw the vet for our first curve yesterday and PJs numbers are coming down with Insulin but still consistently high and out of range so she increased his morning dose from 1 unit to 2 units. So he will do 2 in a.m. and 1 in p.m. Anything I should watch for with dosage increase since this is first time we are changing doses?

You are taking some nadir readings so that is good. That dose is double the amount. I'm more conservative and probably would have done 1.5 then go to 2.0 if needed. You will want to check at 6 and 8 hour marks for the nadir, just in case of a hypo. If you are not ready for a hypo, read up on it. The info is at the starting threads in the insulin subforums. The spreadsheet is looking good. It will be nice to see some regular 120-150 nadirs, even if they are on the weekend.
