My cat has been OTJ since February 26th and has relatively stable BG levels everytime I test her. But this morning her BG was lower than usually, is it ok? Should I change her food to something just a little higher in carbs? or is even a 0 value a good thing for a cat that has been in remission?
See her spreadsheet in my signature...

And about Methyl-B12 I am still waiting for an advice.. If you can help with that topic, please read my other posts :

She is fine...as long as she isn't getting any insulin she can't hypo. I have several civies (non-diabetics) that normally run in the 40-45 range.

You can't get a 0 value. In order to sustain life, you need to have some glucose circulating. Glucose is what the body uses for energy. Numbers in the 40s, though, are not uncommon.
