Using the BG monitoring spreadsheet

Hi all,

I have just downloaded the google template and am a little uncertain on how to use it. Is there a helpful link or a key for what everything stands for. I thought I would just enter the blood glucose reading twice a day but I am a little uncertain as to what PMPs, AMPs, and the +1, +2,etc slots are for. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

AMPS = morning (AM) pre-shot BG (blood glucose) test
PMPS = evening (PM) pre-shot BG (blood glucose) test
U= number of units of insulin given
+1, +2, etc are the number of hours elapsed since the shot

There are 2 sets of +x numbers on the spreadsheet. One set for the AM cycle, and the second set for the PM cycle.
Remarks. Good place to keep track of food fed, any concurrent medications given, behavior notes, etc.

No math involved. Just type in the numbers you get, in the appropriate cell.
