Uromaxx OK for diabetics?

Hi!
Mr.Cat has cystitis and was prescribed Uromaxx by his vet today. Uromaxx sounds great, and the manufacturer claims that there is no sugar in it, but I just want to check since Mr.Cat is in the midst of his OTJ trial. Is Uromaxx still OK for diabetics off insulin?

Seems like a great product. The reviews for UroMaxx on Amazon are impressive. A potentially great preventive treatment for cats and dogs prone to UTI issues. I'll let you know if it helps Mr.Cat!

I was recently asked a few questions about UroMaxx from another member so I posted my answers here....

-I give Mr.Cat UroMaxx in his food. He seems to like it (chicken flavor is in the formula). I just mix it in a few ounces of his favorite wet food - he gulps it down!
-The vet said that I could mix it with his food or give it to him straight but NOT added to his water.
-I have noticed that he is more active since taking UroMaxx (glucosamine is in the formula) so it may help his joints. I may consider keeping him on it long-term.
-I studied herbology for many years and I am familiar with the herbs and supplements in the formula. They are fine for long-term use by humans so I don't see why a cat can't stay on UroMaxx long-term.
