? Urine test strips showing leukocytes - reliable?

Are home urine test strips reliable in this regard? Just want to know if i should be alarmed or not. Two different strips showed leukocytes in tonights urine. We just went to the vet today for other stuff and didnt do a urine there. I bought these fancier strips which just arrived after appt and i'm hoping we dont have a new problem.

The leukocyte panel on chemsticks in not reliable for kitties. I ALWAYS have a high reading with both my kitties even when they have just had complete bloodwork with no problems. I just ignore that panel

The main ones I look at are the SG, PH , glucose, ketones, protein, bilirubin and blood

Whew thank you. Thats a load off. Everything else was fine except for glucose of course.
