Urination Problems?

Misty has had a few problems going outside the litter box in the past, but nothing too serious.
Yesterday I came home from work to find her laying on the coffee table, with two tiny puddles of what I presumed were urine beside her. Today I came home and found a larger puddle in the same spot, she was still laying there and it looked like she hadn't even moved and just peed where she was laying. She is eating normally, is still using the litter box, and has no history of ketones. Does anyone have any idea what's going on and what I should do? Please help, I have no funds left for another vet visit :(
Thank you

Have you actually seen her in the liiterbox or anywhere trying to pee? What you're looking for is any sign of pain and/or a lack of results. She could have crystals or something else. I know it's not what you want to hear but diagnosing the problem will cost money.
I have a local vet that treats this without a trip to emergency; the long wait, hard plastic chairs and watching your credit cards melt. The longer you wait the worse it could get. Sorry for the potentially bad news, I've been there many times.

I have seen her in the litterbox and she's been using it, there's new waste in there since I cleaned it. Will get her into the vet, thanks

We all understand money and love are not the same thing, you won't be judged here. We just coughed up $1,900 to have three of Sam's teeth pulled. Sometimes "forever" is not what we expected.
Yeah it can get expensive for sure. I took her to the vet and he couldn't find anything abnormal other than the already diagnosed diabetes. It hasn't happened again so I'm hoping it's just a one off? She's been eating, drinking, and using the litter box. Thank you for your help and understanding :bighug:
