? Urgently Need More Advice for Mittens

A small group of us have been helping Dan & Heather with their kitty Mittens for 3 days now. Mittens isn't eating well and is being given small amounts of food and water by oral syringe. She needs and is receiving subQ fluids and is currently being dosed TID with 0.50 u Novalin N. Her caregivers aren't able to seek ER treatment at this time.

If anyone reading this has experience treating pre-DKA health status at home, please offer any/all advice you have. You can post here or on this thread:

We need experienced members in different time zones to check in and keep an eye on Mittens' BG numbers over the next 2 cycles and to help answer Dan & Heather's questions. They could also advise on how to get/keep BG numbers at better levels.
