Dear Feline Diabetes: Thank you so much for touching my life. Tiffy is heading towards a remission. We are declining her .25 units every day. Her BG is a steady 59 no matter what, but the doctor only wants to control her by dropping her .25. I don't know if this is forever, but Tiffy is like a New Feline with a new life, Sleeps at the side of my Bed, and Loves, Loves, Loves Me. Ditto.
So I need to watch that BG and Lower it. Usually by two doses at the new level, it drops to like 59 and that is way before Nadir, so I need to feed her. We are hoping she just goes right down to once a day and every other and nil.
