**UPDATE ON SKUNKY!!!**


For anyone following this........Yesterday, vet gave her the steriod shot and took an needle aspiration of the lumps to get some cells to check for cancer (he did not charge me for this since he knows my situation!).

Today he called back and said........he did not see any cancer cells!! He really expected this to be some type of cancer and is not sure what is going on He is going the route that it is some type of infection/abcess/inflammation. I picked up some Orbax to give her for 14 days and we shall see how that works. We are going to take it a day at a time and see how she reacts to the steriod and the antiobiotic.

I am so relieved it is not cancer, but still concerned about what it could be. Please continue to pray for us.. nailbite_smile

Antibiotics can do a number on the GI tract. You find it helpful to pick up some probiotic such as Forti Flora or Intelliflora.
