We are surfing the greens!

Now shhhh but Musette maybe getting a little tortie sister if I can find homes for the foster kitties fairly quickly....see I knew I shouldn't go window shopping at the Diabetic Kitty store....lol

But the upside is after taking on these 3 fosters DH has realized that expanding the household by one more is no big deal but he made me promise to move out the fosters first before he will give me the official go ahead to place my order on another sugarcat...I can't understand why he wants me to get rid of the fosters...who needs curtains anyhow....lol

The one we are considering is Lulu she is only 5 years old a long haired bold tortie that isn't currently being treated for her diabetes. Both Kittens got a home yesterday together and the best part is that their new home is directly behind us...I mean directly behind us as in walk out my backdoor across the alley and into their new backyard!

Now if I can just find a home for Hazy their mom and we will be all set to give the go head to adopt Lulu. :-D

Today Musette is deciding to pull the new dose wonkiness, <sigh> but if she has to run high for a day then today is a good day since Jon's band has a gig here in town that I really want to go to...(really good food where they are playing -shrimp baskets for $6) so I would rather her to be a little higher when I have to be gone. I love those green numbers but hate leaving her just yet when she is down there.

You are truly a brave soul!!

i've inherited my sister's two Tortie females that were basically left on their own for 6 years...
Binks and I got a "Baptism By Fire" introduction to "Tortie-tude" :o
(Binks calls them "De Turdie Gurlz")

Best of luck with the new addition!
