Took sheba to vet and vet said that it was diabetic neropathy and that there wasn't much you can do for that. They tested her and she was 450 and she is on 4 units for now. She is getting better daily and havenn't tested yet but believe that she will let me when my hand heals. thank you for your help

For neuropathy, you can treat that with Zobaline and it will help. I haven't had any experience with it personally, but it is often discussed on this forum. Hopefully someone experienced will stop by for more information. I'm glad you're planning on hometesting. Let us know if you need any help!

Many people here use zobaline but I believe it works better when the cat is regulated... Soon as you can start testing the better and we can work on that.
