I spoke with the Vet about her vomiting this morning, and the Dr suggested as she hasn't since and seems to be herself that I just keep a close eye on her and watch for anymore abnormal behavior.
We also discussed insulin, and we have agreed she needs more. We have gone back to twice a day every 12 hours. 1 unit at breakfast and 1 unit at dinner time.
She goes on Tuesday for a follow up appointment and to place another Libre on her to keep watch. I will also be discussing getting ketone strips and at home monitor systems as well.
I want to say a big thank you to everyone for helping so much and guiding me into the right direction. My Baby girl means the absolute world to me, and I will do anything to keep her in good health.

Do you know how to edit your title (under "thread tools")? You should remove the GA as it means "Gone Ahead" or "Guardian Angel" (i.e. kitty has gone to the rainbow bridge) 
). You may find the document below helpful - I personally was able to stick the strip in my kitty's pee stream (he didn't care lol).
