Up date on Toby

[Peg and Toby]

Went to the Vet. today talked about switching to Levemir She had never used it but I brought in some information about it and she looked it over. She also looked at the high numbers we are getting on the PZI insulin. She thought it would be worth a try
to see if we got better numbers on the levemir. She started me out at half a unit twice a day to see how that worked. Was
lucky Wal-Mart sold me just one pen to make sure the cat could use it. I will start it in the morning so I will be awake to monitor
it. Am hoping for the best. Peg and Toby

Oh WONDERFUL! I think you'll be very pleased with Levemir when you find the right dose. KT was doing wonderfully on it before he crossed 2 weeks ago from other medical issues. Dakota is doing wonderful on it too - we're down to .5 unit!
