Unistrip Test strips for the One Touch monitor

Has anyone tried the Unistrip test strips for the One Touch Ultra meter?
The only bad review on Amazon turns out to be from a competitor....
Love the Ultra, but Ultra strips are expensive....

No, I've not tried the Unistrip strips.
But I buy my One Touch Ultra test strips on Ebay for half the price they are in the stores (I'm in the UK). Are OTU strips cheaper for you on Ebay...?

Another thought...
Could you experiment with the Unistrip strips alongside your OTU strips and try to see if you get similar results..?

That is what I am thinking about doing, experimenting.
Looked on Amazon for one touch strips. Will look on E-Bay next.
