Trying to Find Xobaline or Methyl B12

So I'm told that I need to find Xobaline to give Todd. I've called a few local vitamin shops and they don't have and have never heard of Xobaline. But they all have plenty of Methyl-B12. If I can't find Xobaline, is there a brand of the Methyl-B12 I can get??

This is a list from a local vitamin shop, would any of these work??... I have been told to make sure it doesn't have xylitol.

It doesn't contain any sugars and easy to use. Just mix one capsule into food once a day.

Zobaline is the new one for pets, and Xobaline is the old one for people.

Either one should work. The people one has cherry flavor. I don't know
about the pet one, it's very new.

Yes, Zobaline is the new version for cats. It has absolute no sugars or sugar substitutes.

You want to stay away from sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, sacharine, etc.

I don't expect overnight results, but I do hope it can start working in a week or so. Wishful thinking, I am sure.

I'm just so baffled, because he was doing so well and then out of no where, everything crashed again.
