Trying to figure out what to do myself for Shanti

Gave him 2 units as his number preshot was 324 He ate a few more freeze dried chicken treats and I gave hin a teaspoon of the Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers which he ate. Still not interested much in eating. I was so hopeful when he came home from the vet because after getting his fluids and appetite stimulant he ate really well but 9 hours later he just doesn't want to eat much.
I am feeling so discouraged, feel like I have no idea what do with his insulin and what to feed him.
I will call the vet again tomorrow.

I just responded to your earlier post. Since you gave the shot and he did not eat, I suggest that you check his BG levels at least a couple times this evening. You do not want to risk hypoglycemia. You can also try adding a little bit of Parmesan cheese to his food. Sometimes that will help get a cat to eat.
