Has anyone ever used a product called Oxyfresh? The company claims that is ok to use if the cat has diabetes. I hope someone has used it and can give me their opinion.
Thanks

Nothing like a bit of web research
Oxyfresh Pet Oral Hygeine

"Ingredients
Deionized Water (Aqua), Oxygene® (Stabilized Chlorine Dioxide), Zinc Acetate, Sodium Citrate, Chlorophyllin-Copper Complex, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid"

I don't see any obvious sugars in it, nor do I see artificial sweeteners. It may be OK.

Oh yea, I use that for their gums. My vet sells it. The gel works great, just put it on a qtip. Its supposed to kill anaerobic bacteria, (bacteria that lives without oxygen like in the mouth) by oxygenating the area. It really helped when I was doing it.. got lazy.. bad mom. I used to alternate the oxyfresh gel and CET poultry toothpaste.
