Trazadone

My mom's cat is 15 and has to take trazadone for anxiety. He has issues with his kidney values being high at times. He has bad reaction to med.
He also has some dementia setting in and trouble hearing on his one side. Does anyone know a substitute that my mom could use?

My mom's old guy was on Prozac compounded into soft treats for a long time. His anxiety caused him to pull out chunks of his fur.
