Hi,
Buster has been on 3u ProZinc 2×day, has been on dry.
Starting home testing today for baseline - on dry - it's going well.
This am: test/food/insulin. 356 per Relion Confirm
Testing every hour. When do I feed again?
Also starting transition to dry tomorrow. He'll do it, and we hear not to go fast with this. Any suggestions for a dry/wet ratio at the start and how to progress?
It sounds like we should decrease insulin from the 3u as soon as we start introduction of wet. How much? Of course testing will continue.
Thank you all

if it were my cat I'd go down to 1.5 just to be safe. You can always raise it gradually if you need to. Do you need help to get the spreadsheet setup?

Oh thanks!
Am documenting readings for curves.
Have to study spreadsheets. Will let you know about questions.
Thanks for offering help with them!

He was fed this am after testing, given insulin. When do I feed him again?
Thanks

Many of us feed several small meals a day or leave food out for grazer kitties. An automatic feeder can be helpful if you're out at work all day. The main thing is to remove all food for 2 hours before the preshot test.
