Just checking in. Please take a look at Tommy's SS. He was pretty erratic this past week. DH realized that the dry food does hurt Tommy's BG. ohmygod_smile I really wish that he would do some testing. I'm slowly suggesting that knowing what is going on will help to regulate Tommy's BG. :YMSIGH:
Any dosage suggestions, or just keep doing what I do for awhle yet? Can the BG stay high for a few cycles when getting into contraband food?

That 356 is weird. Did you test again? I'd call it an anomoly.

Too bad about the food. Hate to see the reds and blacks. Does let you know he can never eat high carb food. He is super sensitive.

Advice is always hard for you because it depends on whether you can monitor. It looks like a fat one might push him into the blues and greens, if you are around to make sure he has food if he needs it. In general, he is in good, below the renal threshold numbers. Other than that, I don't think I'd change the scale. It's working pretty well. If you ever got a week off and wanted to devote it to Tommy and diabetes (not that I'm saying that is a good idea) you could probably push and get some lower numbers.

We have been giving small snacks around nadir when we can. Could that be why he is in pink at PMPS? I'm trying to make it routine for my husband so he will start remembering. (Head injury). You made me laugh about that week off.   I will definitely need a vacation soon! Oh well. I'll try the fat 1 in the mid and upper yellows. I will try to get a few extra numbers when I can. Thank you for your help.
