Toes is off Insulin!

I am so excited. After Toes last glucose curve, the vet took him off the insulin. It seems the change in food is doing the trick. I got my home test (Newbie Kit, yay!) and just tested him. He was at 70! That's after being off insulin for almost a week.

That is so fabulous!!! It's always great to hear another cat OTJ. Low Carb diet can made a world of difference.

My Nutter has been off the insulin for over a month and is still doing fabulous....Toes will be doing fabulous in a month I'm sure!!

Thank you all! His name is Toes because he has 6 toes on each foot instead of 4!

By the way, I think it is way easier to test blood sugar than give an insulin shot!
