I tested Tobey, he's not been eating much although I leave out dry food and been trying tons of different wet foods. He is at 239 just now. Very lethargic and acting hungry but goes up to the food and sniffs and walks away.

This sounds like Tobey might be feeling nauseous. Is there any food that he will willingly eat? Also are you testing for ketones in the urine?

Not testing ketones yet. I am taking him to vet in morning and dropping off while I'm at work.

Last night and maybe overnight but I don't know since I left out food. It was dry zero carb young again.

You do not want a kitty to go over 24 hours without eating. After this length of time the body starts to use stored fats which puts a strain on the liver and can lead to fatty lover disease.

If he is not eating at all then you could try to syringe feed some food and if that can't be done then a visit to the vet to find out why he is not eating should be done ASAP.

is there anything he can't resist? Turkey? Ham? Roast Beef? Tuna? Once he starts eating again it may get him going.

Well please try to figure out why he's not eating because that can mean a lot of things but also like Mary Ann said it can cause this liver disease.

Yes looking for a food I can give him to force feed with. I'm about to go to petsmart soon. He likes saucy gravy foods but so far he's not interested in anything I found at Kroger so far. I haven't tried tuna just chicken and turkey. He's going to vet in morning and I'll get some food down him today.

I don't know how to fill our spreadsheet.

Try warming the wet food in the microwave and stirring it up. That will release the aroma and may entice him to eat. For syringe feeding, try some meat only baby food. Make sure there are no onions, garlic or spices. Are your other cats eating now?

Gave him pure bites to start then he chooses down on this food. It's dry but it's better than no food.

Good to see Tobey is eating something.

At this point getting him to eat is more important than what the food is.
