Tobey falling down

Hi it's been a while and I've been giving tobey his insulin and his last test was mid 200'S but I just noticed his feet aren't right and he's having trouble walking. What's going on?

Could be neuropathy since that is common with untreated/poorly controlled diabetics.
Is Toby walkin on his hocks vice feet?
