I was tidying up my kitchen this evening and thought "I'm so glad I found a way to keep Misha's diabetes supplies from ending up all over the place"--and then I thought "Maybe I should share what I'm doing in case it's helpful to anybody else." So here's a picture of how I keep Misha's stuff organized. I just got a cheap plastic lunch container and put the lancets in one compartment, the rice bag in another (don't worry, it's not dirty--it's just made from an old t-shirt), and the meter, strips, some cotton pads, and some neosporin with pain relief in the big one. It's nice to be able to put the lid on it and keep hair, etc. out of everything, and if I'm having a PJ party or something, it's easy to take the kit along to whatever room that's happening in. We're doing an OTJ trial right now, but I was also able to fit a few needles in when I was still doing injections. Does anybody else have a system for avoiding supply chaos?

I got a dollar store basket and put it in there. Meds, syringes, needles pill cutter. It makes it easier for my hubby too lol
