An example chart of managing the Spring Forward, Fall Back time changes in parts of the US.

Pick the day you want to start shifting the time, and follow that row straight across for the time on each successive day.

I did it in 15 minute increments per day, as some cats are very sensitive to changes. It can be done in 30 miutes per day, too, with fewer days needed.
