time change confirmation question

So I could not do the transitional change because I have a stupid work schedule on Saturdays. Monday- Friday I try to shoot at 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. Saturdays I normally shoot 7am and 7:30 pm. Tonight I didn't get home on time so I ended up shooting at 7:40 pm. So if I shoot at 6:30 am...I should be ok yes? since 6:30 is the old 7:30?

Sorry I missed this. 6.30 is the new 7.30 yes - what did you do in the end?
