I wasn't able to be home today to get anythink other than the +8. I think I should go back up to 1 unit. The only green she's had was yesterday's morning cycle. I shot .75 today but should I go back up? We've been on .75 for a week.

You can try going back up to 1u just to see if you start getting better numbers since it looks like she was giving you better numbers on that dose, then if she gives you another really low number mid-cycle again, try reducing her a little less than to .75u. Maybe just start shaving down the dose drop by drop, sometimes with Lantus a single drop one way or the other can have a huge impact on the numbers.

Just since I talked about going back up to 1 unit we got a blue +4! What will the surprise AMPS be???
