? Thoughts on todays curve

200's isn't low at PMPS.....I think you need to increase her dose to 2.75

Holding the dose that's not working for longer than 7 days just gives the body a chance to develop glucose toxicity.

Your dose is definitely not too high.

The AMPS is usually the last number to come down due to something called the Dawn Phenomenon

I can see what you're reacting to -- Suki's numbers tend to be lower during the PM cycle, even starting at PMPS. Many cats do experience lower numbers during the PM cycle. What's likely happening is that Suki's numbers may be dropping into the <200 range and then bouncing up by AMPS.

Generally, if you're not seeing numbers in a more normal BG range, then it's time to increase. Unless numbers are dropping at AMPS, it should be fine to increase. If you have any questions, post and hopefully, someone will be around to lend a hand.

Thank you everyone for your help. I fell asleep early last night so i shot 2.5 as normal this morning but i will go up at PMPS. Thank you :)
