I know many of us end up giving our fur children lots of antibiotics, with humans get them it kills off the good as well as the bad bacteria. This affects people in many of ways fatigue, being cranky gi issues could these be happening to our fur children??? With humans the good bacteria can be encouraged with the use of probiotics <sp> could this help out fur children??? Any one know anything on the affects of probiotics and cats??

Yes, a good one is FortiFlora. Its primary use is for diarrhea but it's also good to use when giving antibiotics to restore healthy bacteria in a cat's gut.

And it's a great way to get kibble addicts off dry food. Plus entice finicky eaters.

Thanks I've seen it mentioned but never heard of it before, where do you get it and about how much does it run? As for finicky eaters that is not Magellan's issue at all.

I buy it on Amazon. It's probably available on many pet sites as well. How has Magellan being doing since the Novolin Nightmare?

Oh much better, no mind you I am going very slow with this. I plan to go with the go low/go slow till I get more comfortable the go towards TR. As on his spread **** his numbers have been a bit high and I have not been able to test as much as I want as he runs. He wont be tricked out by treats ether been trying that and he wants nothing to do with it. So if I cant get a test I dont shoot very simple hope that this is correct.
