I guess it takes a while to see a difference? More urine than yesterday and higher numbers. Today was first day of Classics for meals and a little Medley for testing treats. Testing getting less difficult. In search of green!

Give it about a day or two.

And going low carb isn't a magic wand, it just helps support glucose control.

Are you sure the medleys you are feeding are low carb. When I looked at the list, I thought most, if not all were more than 10% carbs.

Like BJM said, feeding low carb will help. It is not only the sole fix for diabetes, but it certainly helps.

Bubbles is now on FF Classic salmon and shrimp, 5% carb. SHE POOPED in the box for the First time in 6 weeks! This tells me she is feeling better because the only other time in 15 yrs she defecated outside of the box was when she was sick with an infected tooth. And testing has gotten better, too! Now I just want to see her numbers drop a bit...Thank you ALL for your help!!! :-D

Improvement can be gradual in some cats.

Any neuropathy will gradually improve as the glucose is controlled, including any in the GI tract which might be affecting motility and the ability to sense when its time to use the litterbox.
