? Theodore 12/12, dose advice +77

Theodore has been on the low end all morning, normal shot time is 9PM, had to day it yesterday one hour. I keep checking and feeding him but he's steady at 4.3 (77) even after eating, should I skip today's dose to put him back on schedule for the evening. Should I give him maybe a lesser dose so tomorrow won't be super high?

At this point I would say skip. Another reduction has been earned by dropping under 90. Did you feed or stall without food. Often not feeding will cause the bg to continue to drop. New dose is 4.25 starting tonight. Put NS in the dose box.

When you delay the shot, put the actual preshot value in the PMPS column of the spreadsheet. So for last night it would look something like "205@+13". That lets us know you delayed an hour. The 83 which was your original PMPS test could go in the +11 cell and write it as something like "83@+12".

Good luck with the new reduction. Looks like Theodore may have broken some glucose toxicity.
