Thank You

I just wanted to toss a quick Thank you out to all the people on this page.
After a quick rapid decline and with both of us knowing he wasn't going to bounce back this time, I let Harry go this morning.

I didn't communicate very often but I did spend countless hours reading and studying posts that ultimately led me to extend life with him far beyond what I was told by Vets and specialists. The commitment and stories of everyone on this page made me feel like we weren't alone, and I'm truly grateful that I could reference this forum whenever a new challenge faced us.

As I'm sure you all feel this with your special ones, there will never be another like him.

I have many new and unused supplies that I will post on the proper tab.
I will gladly mail for free, as I know how expensive these situations can be.

Thank you again.

I'm so sad to hear this update. :bighug::bighug::bighug: Acromegaly is a hard disease on our kitties. It sounds like you did a lot to care for Harry and he did well for a long time considering his complications. This time can be hard on the caregivers. Take care of you too.

Thank you, and thank you for your advice previous. I
'm not sure what happened. He just stopped eating Sunday. I tried anti neausea, appetite stimulant, dialed back on some of his meds and none of it worked. He was starting to get unstable on his legs lately, and I could just tell he wasn't happy.
I'm so proud of the years he took it all like a champ. He was so tolerant and just the best. I miss him so much.
Kelly
