Kayla & Sophie

I just wanted to say that i was on here a few weeks ago with my newly diagnosed cat Sophie, asking questions about everything and got answers to everything and i want to thank you all. You guys advised me to get a glucometer, which i did, but what you didn't know is that no one in my area has ever tested a cat. And only a few people in my area test on dogs. That is exactly what my vet told me.
So i had a vet appointment today and i get in there show the vet all of sophie's BG numbers and everything and shes so surprised, She said that they had a conference last week and she hands me this piece of paper with stuff about diabetic animals, guess what website was on it? Your right, this one! So i told her i already have been to it and everyone has given me the best advice. Then i said to her "Want me to teach you how to test a cat?" She said yes, so i taught her to test on the ear of my cat.
So the point is, I feel like i have changed the world! And every single one of you giving advice to people and cats in need is also changing the world, or at least my little town. Thank you all very much.
Signed from the only person in her area that tests her diabetic cat, hopefully not for long.
