Ok now I am confused @+6.5 Left ear 200 Right ear 183
I checked the meter with solution seemed to be working.
Could he have been at 121 @4.5 now 183/200?

There is that 20% variance to consider so those two numbers are practically the same. Most likely he is having a quick bounce. Or possibly the 2.5 is a little too small of a dose. Time will tell. Meanwhile he is looking much better. Wasn't it just a week or so ago that you were wondering about changing insulin because he wasn't doing well?

So when it gets closer to PMPS will you please advice me as to what dose????

My best guess would be to stay at 2.5 or raise to 3? Need your thoughts

I will certainly try to be around - how many minutes/hours from now?

And you can be considering whether you want a smaller dose and sleep or a more agressive dose to keep him on this track and monitoring. Either choice is fine.

I am still going with the idea that they go on the forum and read and see you are thinking of a change in dose or insulin, and decide to throw you some good numbers......
