Swollen lympnodes

Hi all,

The lympnode by my cats ear is swollen on one side. He was just diagnosed with diabetes 5 days ago and we started insulin treatment immediately.

Do you think the swollen lympnode is associated with the diabetes or would you advise I take him back to the vet to check for alternate issues.

Swollen lymph nodes is not a symptom of diabetes. I think you should have the vet look at it.

I agree with Lisa. Never hear of swollen lymph nodes from diabetes.
